This application, developed by the creators of the original iOS Clinical Diagnosis App series, offers a specialized tool for COPD assessment, designed to assist both COPD specialists and general practitioners in evaluating critical pulmonary functions.

Similar to other Doctot applications, this app incorporates established care pathways presented in an intuitive "wizard" format. These include the Combined COPD Assessment, BODE Index for COPD prognosis (BMI, Obstruction, Dyspnoea, Exercise), ADO Index (Age, Dyspnoea, airflow Obstruction), Revised Cardiac Risk Index (RCRI), Goldman Cardiac Risk Index for Non-Cardiac Surgery (GCR), Modified Medical Research Council Dyspnoea Scale (mMRC), Charlson Comorbidity Index (CCI), and Wells Criteria for DVT. The structured approach facilitates efficient navigation through each assessment step.

Each scoring system is complemented by detailed background information and accompanied by alerts, advice, and suggestions to support clinical decision-making. The app also features a pioneering Best Practice Points system and includes functionalities such as sliders, camera integration, notepad, clock, and shake-to-reset features.

Additional features aimed at optimizing clinical workflows encompass a Patient Results Management System, options for data transfer of assessment results, integrated informational content/news updates, secure Touch ID and PIN authentication, and networking/messaging capabilities.
